Cut-off Time:

Delivery typically takes 3–8 hours, depending on location, traffic, and order volume.

Same-day delivery is available only for selected products and areas within Lahore.

Order Tracking

Package Inspection & Damage Claims

Customers are requested to inspect the package at the time of delivery.

For courier deliveries, customers should record an unboxing video while opening the package to verify the condition of the product.

Claims for damage, missing items, or incorrect products may require this video as proof.

Any delivery issues should be reported to us within 24 hours of receiving the order.
