Refund policy
Shop at Radio & TV Centre and we will provide you with an exchange, replacement, or return within the guidelines outlined below. This policy applies to all purchases made at Radio & TV Centre.
• To start a return, you can contact us at WhatsApp 03008414745 or radiotvcentre@gmail.com, and we will get back to you during working hours from 11 AM to 10 PM.
• We have a same day and next day return & exchange policy, which means you have 48 hours after receiving your item to request a return or exchange.
• Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
• The goods covered under the return and exchange policy shall only be accepted if they are properly packed and are in sellable condition.
• To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. We’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
• In case the purchase was done on a debit/credit card, please remember it can take some time for your bank to process and post the refund, usually taking up to 14 business days.
• Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
• Items that were on sale will not be accepted.
• Radio & TV Centre reserves the right to reject the exchange or return requests.
