The JBL Control 47LP is a professional 2-way low-profile in-ceiling loudspeaker designed for commercial distributed audio installations requiring wide, consistent coverage and high-quality sound reproduction. It features a 6.5-inch polypropylene woofer, a 1-inch soft-dome tweeter with JBL's Radiation Boundary Integrator® (RBI™) technology, and supports both low-impedance (8 Ohm) and 70V/100V distributed audio systems. Its integrated backcan, shallow installation depth, and wide 120° conical coverage make it suitable for retail, hospitality, education, and corporate environments.
