While we make reasonable efforts to ensure that all prices, specifications, descriptions, and availability information displayed on our website are accurate, errors, omissions, delays in updates, or technical inaccuracies may occasionally occur. A price displayed on the website does not constitute a binding offer and may be subject to confirmation before an order is accepted.

Customers are strongly advised to contact Radio & TV Centre before placing an order to confirm the current price, stock availability, product specifications, warranty status, and delivery arrangements. Orders placed without prior confirmation are placed at the customer’s own risk, subject to applicable law.

Radio & TV Centre reserves the right, to the extent permitted by applicable law, to refuse, cancel, or amend any order where:

• the order cannot reasonably be fulfilled for any other legitimate commercial or operational reason.

Where payment has already been received for an order that Radio & TV Centre is unable or unwilling to fulfil, any refund due will be processed in accordance with our applicable refund policy and applicable law.

Placing an order through the website does not, by itself, guarantee acceptance of the order. An order shall only be considered confirmed once it has been expressly accepted or confirmed by Radio & TV Centre.

These Terms & Conditions, and any dispute, claim, or legal proceeding arising out of or relating to the website, any order, purchase, payment, delivery, or transaction with Radio & TV Centre, shall be governed by the applicable laws of Pakistan.

Subject to any mandatory rights or jurisdiction provided under applicable law, the competent courts located in Lahore, Pakistan shall have jurisdiction over any such dispute or proceeding.
